PDO Threads are hypodermic needles preloaded with a synthetic PDO absorbable suture that stimulates collagen production and the skin structure. FDA approved, PDO (polydioxanone) sutures are commonly used to perform cardiac surgery. It’s the safest material that can be used in the body. Your skin fully absorbs the PDO Threads within four to six months, without leaving any scar tissue. Commonly called the “lunch time facelift” in Europe, the procedure takes a short time, with results lasting 12 to 15 months. No cuts or incisions, and the procedure is purely injection based much like other fillers.
