Gerald J. Fitzgerald Jr., DO, who also goes by Doc Fitz to his patients and friends, has been practicing Family Practice medicine in Largo/Belleair for almost 20 years and is triple board certified. Doc Fitz graduated from Michigan University with a B.S. in medical technology. Post graduation he became the laboratory supervisor for the National Legal Laboratories, and ran the DNA laboratory division. He proudly served with Dr. Henry Gershowitz from the University of Michigan, a pioneer in human genetics. His passion in medicine compelled him to further his education, graduating with a DO from the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In addition to his Family Practice office he is also on staff at Largo Medical Center, and is the director of Oak Manor Nursing Home and Wright’s Nursing Home. Doc Fitz is passionate about preventing and treating colorectal cancer. He is the US patent holder for a ground breaking invention that will greatly impact the diagnosis of colon cancer. He spent seven years as the physician of the PGA tour. He is the official local physician for Warner Bros. films including Dolphin Tale, Magic Mike, and Spring Breakers. He volunteers with the Special Olympics and works with multiple charities including Julie Weintraub’s Hands Across The Bay, The Haven of RCS, Wheelchairs 4 Kids and more.
Doc Fitz treats all his patients like family and cannot wait to introduce everyone to his new medical aesthetic and wellness facility.

Donna Gonzalez, BSN, MS, ARNP

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Anesthesiology, Donna is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Nurse Anesthetist and Expert Nurse Consultant. She began her career as a trauma specialist at the famous Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital and worked closely with some of the most prestigious general and oral maxillofacial surgeons in the country, as well as nationally recognized plastic surgeons. With her subsequent training and practice in trauma, neuroscience and anesthesiology, she has acquired theoretical and practical experience allowing her to creatively combine the application of neuromodulators, FDA-approved dermal fillers and the latest skin rejuvenating techniques. She provides her patients with a naturally beautiful and rejuvenated look. Feeding her passion for medical/cosmetic aesthetics and skin rejuvenation, Donna has dedicated the last five years of her practice solely to aesthetics and anti-aging medicine. Donna is recognized among her peers and the community as a Master Injector, after performing thousands of non-surgical procedures such as liquid facelifts, natural looking fuller and shapely lips, skin resurfacing and rejuvenation with lasers and platelet rich plasma treatments. Complimenting her artful approach to the aesthetic arena, Donna is also certified practitioner for weight-loss treatment and management.
Sandra Baindurashvili, PA-C, MPAS

Sandra Baindurashvili, PA-C, a board certified Physician Assistant, has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since childhood. She is a graduate of the prestigious Physician Assistant Program at the University of Florida and earned her Master’s Degree with distinction from the program in 2001.
Since completing her degree as a Physician Assistant, Sandra has trained extensively in the fields of dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and vascular surgery. During her tenure with an eminent St. Petersburg vascular surgeon, Sandra traveled both nationally and abroad to further her education in the areas of laser therapy, vein reduction, and cosmetic medicine. It was at this time that Sandrabegan to discover her passion and skill in the use of facial fillers and Botox for facial rejuvenation. In 2007 she returned to the Bay Area after spending nearly three years in Chicago working with renowned dermatologist Dr. Amy Taub, a Northwestern University professor of medical and cosmetic dermatology, and innovator in the application of numerous types of lasers, intense pulse light, and photodynamic treatments. Sandra and her husband now reside in Saint Petersburg, with their three young children, and she has enjoyed a steady commitment to the practice of cosmetic and medical dermatology in the Bay Area.
Sandra is board-certified and comes to PureLife Medi-Spa with nearly 15 years of experience in the art of using injectable fillers to help her patients attain attractive, natural-looking results. She brings with her a love for tailoring treatments to suit each patient’s unique needs, and a refined and extensive skill set in the use of neuromodulators, facial fillers, sclerotherapy, and a multitude of lasers.

Ewa Weinheimer has been in the beauty industry for 35 years. She finished Academy of Beauty in Poland and after moving to the US she completed School of Beauty in Chicago where she obtained her Cosmetologist License. She did further training finishing George Master make up Academy, Rene Guinot in Beverly Hills and Aida Tbiaut School of Skincare specializing Hydroderma.

Elizabeth Palascak, MA
Senior CoolSculpting Specialist/CTL
Elizabeth hails from Buffalo, New York, where she attended SUNY Buffalo State and studied Business Administration. In 2012, she moved to Florida and attended St. Petersburg College to pursue an education in nursing. She became a medical assistant in 2014, and was hired at PureLife Medi-Spa the same year. Elizabeth is a coveted member of the team, with outstanding expertise as a CoolSculpting Team Leader. She completed extensive training at the CoolSculpting University in Washington, DC, and to date, has performed more than 2,000 treatments. Her patients rave about her body sculpting mastery and she is consistently recognized for excellence by her co-workers. Elizabeth is also showcased on CoolSculpting’s Hall of Fame.
Elizabeth is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Tampa where she attends services regularly. She also passionate about helping others, and for more than 16 years, she has helped inner-city children as a dedicated mentor. When she’s not busy at the medical spa, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her three-year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Willa.

Jackie Williams joined the PureLife Medi-Spa team in January 2016. She relocated to Belleair in 2005 after living in Ohio for most of her life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (PR concentration), as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dayton (Dayton, Ohio). After college, she spent several years working as a Public Relations Account Executive for the David K. Burnap Advertising Agency. In 2001, she was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America for her outstanding professional work. For more than 10 years, Jackie was a freelance Marketing and PR Consultant and assisted numerous local businesses and organizations with their marketing efforts. She has also volunteered her time to support a variety of local non profit organizations including the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Morton Plant Mease Foundation, Saint Cecelia School and the VET Foundation.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching live music, playing sports and watching sunsets at the beach.
Dessylin has a wealth of knowledge about the aesthetics industry, and is a valuable member of the PureLife Medi-Spa family. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of patient management, as well as assisting the nurse practitioners and the medical director with dedicated support. She relocated to the area in 2015 after living and working in the consumer goods industry in New York. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics/Anthropology from Montclair University (Montclair, New Jersey). She is a member of the Eta Sigma Phi Classical Honors Society and frequently volunteered at the Montclair Art Museum. Dessylin is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Her fitness expertise benefits the patients at PureLife enrolled in weight loss programs.
Dessylin enjoys spending time at the gym on her days off. You may also find her at the beach with her boyfriend, Kempton, and dog, Buster, when she’s not busy at the office.
